好，那我的目标是什么呢？（绞尽脑汁拼命想中。。。）

改变态度 - 要学习不容易被别人影响自己的情绪

平安毕业 - 以一等荣誉学位毕业

减肥瘦身 - 我要瘦！！瘦5公斤！！要有健美的身材！！（这下玩大了，冒汗中。。）

学习HOLD住 - 作任何决定，都要为了自己的意愿，不要被别人影响自己的决定与行为

关心身边人 - 知道自己偶尔很冷漠，又爱耍性子，我要长大，要懂得关心别人多一点。

去旅行 - 除了毕业旅行去台湾，还想到别的国家走走、看看，最好是可以和家人一起去。

规划未来 - 都要毕业了，总不能每天想着些无聊事，是时候想想未来的去处了。

好了，暂时就以上。噢对了，还有最后一件事！

2012 如果真的会有灾难什么的，我要HOLD住，我要活下去！！我还有很多事情没做的呢！！

Super bf agreed to help the Kidstar Kindergarten, for their annual concert graduation and ceremony, as an emcee. This is the most meaningful thing for your birthday I guess? As you spend some of you precious time, with the kids, and share some of their happiness and hope.

Congratulation kids!

All kind of performance the kids presented that morning. Although mostly are imperfect, due to their age (only 3 to 5 years old), the imperfection make the day a perfect one!

For the birthday treat, I brought the super bf to the Sire Museum Restaurant, located opposite the esplanade, on the king street. It is a very cozy place, and ideal for a fine dine with quality interaction, for the couple. The staffs there were very friendly, and the food... THUMBS UP!

We were served the on house bread before there appetizer. The bread was so soft and so tasty! Our appetizer was the chef's crab cake. Oh gosh, I am so going to back for another bite! I love it! Yea I am on diet! But I don't care! I just need another bite of it! LOL The wild mushroom soup was good too, but it wasn't so impressive for me.

As for the main course, the super bf had the Sizzling Tenderloin, while I had Teriyaki Salmon. Honestly, I dislike beef, but their beef was so tender, so delicious and so worthy to have a bite.. or may be two.. or three! XD The texture of my salmon was very nice too! But I will said the beef was more impressive!

After the main course, the staff served the walnut brownie with a scoop of ice cream. The cake was on house too! Ahh~ they are so generous! I hope the super bf likes the birthday treat, and thanks for embracing my bad habits all the while.

Carl fulfilled Ellie's dream, after she left.. And realized, despite the dreams, she was fulfilled, by him, his companion for the entire life, and the love he gave her..

Neutrogena Blackhead Eliminating Warming Treatment

This is just a review from me
*not representing neutrogena*

RM39.90 for 6 small tubes. (5g x 6)

I saw this when I worked as promoter in watson. I was curious, how effective it can be? Does it really work? I wasn't dare to buy at first, because it is not so cheap, and no one ever tell me how good it is.

Last 2 weeks, there is a sales in watson, and it was selling at RM34.90 only. So, I decided to try it. I wished it will brings me great effect *prayed hard*

I only use it on my nose to remove the blackhead and dead skin. And, I think it really works! *happy*

Each tube, for me, can be used up to at least 15 times i guess. I used for 7 times already, and there is more than half left in tube. I used once two or three days, 3 times a week.

When you apply on your skin, you will feel the instant warms up to 40 degree. Yes, you will feel it, but for few seconds only I guess *a bit disappointed* Don't really know what the few seconds of warming effect can do with your skin. LOL

This is how you use it. Clean your face, and leave the face wet. Then dispense the product to the tip of your finger and apply directly on face, focusing on blackhead prone areas like nose or T zone.Massage gently for 20seconds, and rinse off.

I am not sure what is it, but there are some very tiny scrubbing beads inside may be? Coz there is some mild sensation of being scrubbed on your skin. And if you massage a bit too hard *hopping ALL the annoying blackhead being removed* your skin will be slightly reddish, for a minute or two.

Anyway, this thing doesn't give me instant result like those blackhead removal nose strip. Using nose strip, all the blackhead can be removed instantly, leaving you some visible empty pores on nose.

While this warming treatment, you need to use constantly. I have been using it for 2 weeks, and I feel that the pores on my nose get smaller now. While the blackhead are visibly LESSER!

To be frank, I feel bad when I used for the very first time, as it doesn't give great effect. But after 2 weeks using it, I am sure I will buy this warming treatment again instead of those nose strips. For those who wanna try it. You need some patience to see the effect. So be patient and have fun removing your blackhead =]

People always asked me what kind of part time jobs I work before. What jobs I can introduce to them and which is the easiest way to get money.

I would say, working is always hard. Money is never easy to get. High paid jobs might not be consistent, while you might can work consistent for medium paid jobs. That really depend on what you want. Consistent flow of money into your pocket? or just some extra bucks once a while?

Been working as tuition teacher, nursery assistant, translator for comic, survey jobs, telemarketing, data entry, and promoters. The highest paid was the surveying job at ktm station, bandar tasik selatan, where i need to calculate number of people get out from train, and boarding to train, for 3 hours.

Yea, not an easy job at all, need to wake up early in the morning an start counting people @.@
bored and dull, but you can get almost a hundred ringgit in 3 hours. So who cares bout lack of quality sleeping time?

The other high paid job is being surveyed. By filling in some survey questions (which you can finish in half an hour), you are earning easy money, RM50. High paid part time jobs are really easy, just that too dull, and not consistent. You cant work every week, usually they offer you once a while.
The most interesting job is telemarketing and event jobs. Which you can learn a lot. The paid is consider high, count in hour usually. RM8 to RM12 per hour, depend on the difficulties of the jobs. You can meet lots of new friends, open or widen your vision through event jobs.

While the most consistent jobs for myself is the promoter jobs. Knowing more and more agents and building up my network in this field, ensure me more jobs, and higher paid each time. I started with a paid of around RM80 per day, till RM150 for half day and now people are offering RM500 per day, as a emcee for event. Err, I have no confident to accept the job anyway. Haha.. I love this job as it made me a tougher person, and I knew many new friends, from different social levels. Interesting job it is. Ouh, the higher paid it is... the weirder the unifrom can be.. sigh, this is the toughest part.. It's just to hard to stand the feeling of being stared, as you are a monster in shopping mall =]

It's the 2nd week of internship d. Herm, everything was fine and I enjoyed learning very much, though I din really like to do data extraction work. Haha.. but colleagues are real kind and helpful, and never hesitate to share their knowledge with me.. I love geotech more~ woohoo~

Albeit internship is fun, but it is really exhausting. Traffic jam is the worst part of coz. And the low allowance from internship can hardly cover the expenses. sigh. Yea, gonna get part time jobs during weekends as well.. Such is life.. sigh.. no money is worse than exhausted, no?

Anyway, there is always someone that will cheer me up, always there for me. Sorry for being such emotional, and thank you for all the embrace. It is really hard to say goodbye, and that is why I really appreciate the very precious time that we could spend together. Herm, absence makes the heart grow fonder, right? ^^

It's the semester break, and I am so going to stick to my family.. Been leaving house for 3 months, really miss 'em all~!

It's the semester break~! Which mean I gonna start my internship in few days time.. I need to take up part time jobsssssss again. I need to lose some weight again~ and I need to separate with somebody for 4 months~! sigh..

虽然过了很久，但是还是得推荐一下这电影。“单身男女” 这部电影，本来也没听说过好看。会去看也是单纯的想看吴彦祖（我的天，他也太帅了吧!!）还有古天乐，虽然有点老了，但是还是很有魅力!（撒花~撒花~）还好我又去看，不然真的错过了这有趣的爱情片。（本人不爱看爱情片，但是却很喜欢这一部。）

在《单身男女》中，一首《爱很简单》和另一首《我愿意》则几乎成了全片的灵魂。前一首是古天乐的自我中心自以为是，后一首则是吴彦祖的付出和给予。一个是“是是非非无法抉择”，关键时候被睾丸素冲昏头脑，犯下男人都会犯的错误，还蛮不讲理地说“十个男人九个坏还有一个在作怪”；而第十一个人“火星男”吴彦祖则是“我愿意为你被放逐天际”，于是连夜打个飞的，“只要你真心用爱与我回应”，两首歌表征出两种截然不同的爱情观。不用说，我还是最爱吴彦祖！他唱的那首我愿意，让我超感动的（感动得落泪）
　　
一个是“我爱你，但与你无关”，因为爱是一种权力，所以要得到你，所以“爱很简单”，“爱得地暗天黑都已无所谓”。人长得帅，又有钱，又是上司，还会变魔术，浪漫起来具有天然的杀伤力；一个是“我爱你，所做的一切都是为了你”，因为我愿意，什么都愿意，愿意为你洗心革面，愿意为你憋到尿崩，愿意为你“忘记我姓名”。人长得帅，又有才，颓废起来都那么有型，更重要的是还那么专一。

reasons to not quit coffee

1. It protects your heart: Moderate coffee drinkers (1 to 3 cups/day) have lower rates of stroke than noncoffee drinkers, an effect linked to coffee’s antioxidants. Coffee has more antioxidants per serving than blueberries, making it the biggest source of antioxidants in American diets. All those antioxidants may help suppress the damaging effect of inflammation on arteries. Immediately after drinking it, coffee raises your blood pressure and heart rate, but over the long term, it actually may lower blood pressure as coffee’s antioxidants activate nitric oxide, widening blood vessels.

2. It diverts diabetes: Those antioxidants (chlorogenic acid and quinides, specifically) play another role: boosting your cells’ sensitivity to insulin, which helps regulate blood sugar. In fact, people who drink 4 or more cups of coffee each day may have a lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes, according to some studies. Other studies have shown that caffeine can blunt the insulin-sensitivity boost, so if you do drink several cups a day, try mixing in decaf occasionally.

3. Your liver loves it: OK, so the research here is limited, but it looks like the more coffee people drink, the lower their incidence of cirrhosis and other liver diseases. One analysis of nine studies found that every 2-cup increase in daily coffee intake reduced liver cancer risk by 43 percent. Again, it’s those antioxidants—chlorogenic and caffeic acids—and caffeine that might prevent liver inflammation and inhibit cancer cells.

4. It boosts your brain power: Drinking between 1 and 5 cups a day (admittedly a big range) may help reduce risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, as well as Parkinson’s disease, studies suggest. I hate taking pills, and injections!! But I choose to take supplement pills everyday to get rid of my allergy, to get rid of injection. I am not afraid of injection.. of coz... NOT AFRAID at all =]

But then, the supplement I take everyday, is like 2 cm long, 1cm width and thick. What the Hxxx?!
Can they make it any smaller?! It is just too difficult to swallow lar! Again, I cut it into 4 pieces and swallow one by one with plenty of water, yea, plenty. Until I feel like vomiting everything out d..

I have been reading this book since last month, yet I haven finish reading. It isn't that the book bored me, but I am too lazy to spend some time reading instead of watching some drama. LOL

Anyway, this is a very interesting book from John Gray, which I highly recommend for single men and women who don't know how to live harmonically with opposite sex. Have fun understanding him or her, and enjoy your Valentines' Day soon.

It was 4pm,so exhausted after standing for 5 hours, long waited break time. I found this cute A&W, so i decided to have my tea break there..

Walked in and order, everything was smooth, seems normal. Order a set, hot dog with a drink. I got my hot dog but no drink. And the staff said, slowly, "sorry miss, no more root beer here, i need to get some new stock from stor, can u plz wait for while?"
I said, "no prob, i will be enjoying my hotdog while u go and get, plz b fast ya."
Staff:"Err, no miss, i mean can u go out and eat first? I need to lock the door while i go, it take about 20 to 25 minutes ya."

WTH?! Cannot tell me in advance before i order geh?! Must asked me to pay d only say no drink, and even HALAU me out?! WTH?!

My recent life was like drama. Eaten some rotten fruit, end up diarrhea. I don't want to disturb people in midnight and hence suffered the whole night. Of coz i cant sleep tight.
I cant eat nor drink, or else end up rushing to toilet. Thats why I was dehydrated.
I went to the lab, and start doing my experiment. Then, my vision started to darken. Started to lose my conscious. I was lying on table, like I am resting. At least, one of my group mate thought I was! XD
Diong's scream pull me back to reality from unconscious condition, and everyone was surrounding me, I guess? I didnt see anything but i heard lots of voice. hoho..
And Sue sent me to clinic. Got injection on butt T^T and that was SUPER PAINFUL!
and finally I can eat something without vomiting.
Argh, Made my frens worried. Kacau they all to take care of me T^T

Due to this incident, my dad called me! So many times in a day! and now, he wants me to go home to get some cares from them, and get some helps from doctors. He dont care! He wants his daughter to get back to him ASAP, by hook or by crook. LOL. He's cute, no?

Recently I am trying to change my habits, some bad habits, and I think I am on the right track. May be this time, I choose the right mechanisms? Although I don't know how long my determination can last, but now I am doing good, and feel good.

Changing my life style, not only helps me to live a healthier life, but I think my emotion is much more under control nowadays.

I often tell myself, "I will start to go on bed before 1am on 1st September", "I will start to have oatmeal for dinner from next monday,". I found that there is some magic in that Day One and for some reason, I think that if we start something on some specific day, we have some more chance to succeed.. I believe the Day One give me more encouragement to make a change.

Albeit we have so much determination XD , sometimes giving a promise to someone, will helps you to hold your promises. Ask your friends to nag you whenever you do not hold your promises. And please do not to turn them into aunty or uncle that love to nag so much, hold your promises!

I don't know whether I will success or not, but I will try my very best. Coz I promised her..

难得给婷打了通电话。好久没有开开心心的讲电话了。之前大家都有些不愉快的事情烦恼着，听见她的声音总觉得她的声音带着伤感，而我也有说不出口的苦。今天，虽然大家都有功课累积着，有点压力，但是心情却像晴天。

我们在人生的的过程中，又长大了一些些。在我们的故事里，也各添了一段段有趣、精彩的小插曲。以后老了，偶尔把这些回忆拿出来，应该会回味无穷吧？

When KTM launched the ladies' coach, I was wondering will this works? Will KTM execute it effectively? Will the males even care about this plan? I saw guys inside the so-called ladies' coach (the middle coach) when i took the KTM about 2 months ago, when it was just launched.

Yesterday I took the KTM again to meet a friend in midvalley, and this time, I was impressed. Still, there were some guys, got into the ladies' coach and acted like they didn't see the logo on KTM. But at the next station, the KTM staffs walked into the coach, and chased them out.

Do you know, how comfortable it is and how safe we feel when the coach is only fulled of females? When I was on my way back, the coach was actually full! Everyone had to squeezed themselves to get into the coach. Yet, in ladies' coach, no more worries that you have some stupid's hand touching your body and you can't even turn your head around to see who is doing that to you. And yea, took care of each other in ladies' coach, few of us did stand up to offer the seats to some old ladies and pregnant women.

I love Ladies' coach, this is a good news for the ladies. And thumbs up for the KTM staff, for really execute this plan effectively. I will support KTM more if the arrival of train is on time XD

Pampering yourself a bit after working so much during the semester break, is a MUST. Back strain, headache, legs sore were haunted me recently, due to too work load. Hence, fetched the jimuis, aiwoon and aitheng, we went to a massage shop in SS2. Actually that is aiwoon's daddy's shop.

Thai massage is different with others like Sweden massage. It is more to pressing at first then following by stretching and twisting. Anyway, it is a relaxing and energizing one. And there go the brand new activity for my gang, massage XD

These is what i got from internet, showing how the masseur massage me.. Err, basically look more like torturing me? Haha... Paying RM68 for 2hours of 'torturing' is worth anyway =]

Too lazy to talk about every single places we visited in Saigon, in Ho Chi Minh City. But these

are some places that you MUST visit if you have a chance to go there.

HO CHI MINH CITY (HCMC)
~the "eastern Paris".

HOTEL LUAN VU
The place we stayed, for 3 nights in HCMC. It is a very clean guest house, the owner is very friendly and the services are just simply the best. Staying here isn't costly in fact. Room for 2 cost USD19, room for 3 costs USD20, per night. There are plasma TV, air-con, water heater, etc. Every morning we will be served toast with egg, bananas and fresh juice or coffee. Recommendation from me, if you are looking for any accommodation in HCMC.

BEN THANH MARKET

Been used since 1914, the biggest in door market in Vietnam. It is located in the middle of the city and surrounded by traveler visit points. The locals seldom buy things here due to the high price, but this is definitely a place that every single travelers like to visit to, especially the ladies, who enjoy bargain very much. You can actually find everything here, clothes, food and beverages, souvenirs, electronic devices, etc. Hand made stuffs with beads are some of the "local-specials".

First time entering this place, we were not used to the culture of people in HCMC. They are impolite, at least for me, they are. You will be pushed to aside or be screamed at, if you blocked someone's way. Haha..

But the second time we went there, we love the place! We had immune with those impolite pushings and screamings, and started to enjoy bargaining very much. Every seller will tell you you give them lucky, they want to sell to you, because they have no lucky that day XD
I dunno how much I spent in here, but definitely, about half of the cash I brought, haha.

CU CHI TUNNEL
Entrance fee : RM15 per adult

Built in 1948, the villagers use the very normal shovel to dig the tunnel. The tunnel is not supported by any structures inside, nothing about engineering applied. The tunel is about 220 km, and took 20 years to build. The tunnel is very small (vietnamese are small in size in fact), dark, and lack of oxygen. In fact, there were more than 10 000 people stay inside, for more than 10 years.

There were lots of traps made by the vietnam soldiers and most of them are terrible. Every single life could be ended in a horror way. I am grateful I am not one of the soldier anyway.
They were people who scare of light due to long term living in the tunnel, also many babies borned disable.

We listened to the interesting story from our guide, Nam, and tried to walk in the tunnel for 20m. Seriously, I felt the helpless and panic of those vietnamese soldiers, living in such a place, narrow, dark, lonely and lack of oxygen. Very uncomfortable although we only passed through 20m of the tunnel.

Got the chance to use AK47 and errr err, AK60? I forget. LOL good experience indeed. Each bullet costs you about RM5 only.

CAO DAI GREAT TEMPLE

I have no idea on what this temple is actually. Because there are so many gods and famous people inside. You could actually see Jesus, Buddha, Guanyin, Laozhe, Mengzhe, Kong Fu Zhe, Li Bai, Newton, Shakespear, GuanGong, Sun Yat Sen, etc, inside =.=
They have prayer everyday at 12pm sharp. Visitors are allowed to have a look inside, but the process isn't that special, you don't really need to stay there for 30 minutes actually.

MEKONG RIVER

The mekong river, 4880km long, intercept 6 countries, China, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. We visited the unicorn island, tortoise island guided by Mickey, a very friendly tour guide. He speaks english and mandarin! Impressive! He speaks better than david wei~! Haha.

Mickey told us that there is a floating market here, but it starts at 2am everyday and end around 8am. So we missed the chance to experience the bargaining on boats.
Coconut candy is a must buy, in tortoise island. Each pack costs you about RM4 to RM6, depend on which flavor you choose. I bought a lot for souvenirs because it is sugar free! No worries about diabetes.

We also get to buy some honey and bee wax. Really close interaction with the bees. They were all around us! T.T

Come to unicorn island, we were served some free tropical fruits. They were few people sang to entertain us. Mickey joined them to sing, as well as TEIKZ and DAVID, the malaysia's representatives! They sang RASA SAYANG! wow~ geng-nya~! XD
We went back by a small boat, 4 persons in a boat, sampan i shall call that. Haha.. Sue, janice and I went on a sampan with a Holland guy. He acted smart, wanna to help the lady to roll the boat, but then... he broke the paddle into two! Haha.. The lady stared at him with maximum anger! Haha.. pity cute Holland guy.

There end our trip in Mekong river, but it is super fun, having a good tour guide, told us a lot about Vietnam! Nice trip indeed~!

the very exciting week

I had never update a proper post, since sem break. Was too too too busy working. Not even post about my Ho Chi Minh trip. Now here's some updates from me XD
Bout HCM, will update when I am free. LOL.

Had been taking 3 jobs, working continuously for 9 days.Worked for more than 14 hours everyday and sleep less than 5 hours everyday. This is a real challenge on stamina and mental, no doubt.

Worked for a survey company, survey on how many people boarding ktm and come out from ktm in 3 hours. Working place was in ktm station Bandar Tasik Selatan and from 7am to 10 am. So I woke up at 5am, took ktm at 6am to destination and worked at 7am.Calculating people was an real easy job, but woke up so early really killing me. Felt so sleepy while waiting for each ktm to reach at 15 min intervals. People staring at me like a freak, wondering "wth this girl is doing?", was another harsh thing for me. Anyway, with the super high paid, I shall not complain anymore.

The next one, is a translating job. Translate from English to Malay was an easy job for me, but the sentences in those comic or some called it anime, was darn noob. Every sentence was like not linked. May be that's what people said, picture tells thousand words. But for me, I have to guess what happen in the comic and translate everything as close as possible with the storyline. Ouh, comic is not given, only the sentences, copied out nicely in excel, and i gonna translate line by line. That's the difficult part. I thought I will have time to complete it on time, but worst happened, my main job take away all my free time, over time everyday, my schedule messed up! I only slept for 2 hours for the past 3 days, because I need to do translating after my over-time working for Azea.

My main job was working for Azea Personal Coaching, a property investment coaching company. They were organizing a seminar on cash flow and investment. My role was to call up their clients, invite as many people as possible to attend the seminar. They called this,telemarketing. For me, it was real tough. Calling people on weekends, or during working hours, can actually make people angry. They will scold you, scream at you or hang up your phone before you finish your sentence. My team and I are not well trained tele-robot. We actually felt sad, depressed and demoralized, after rejected by so many people in a day. Even some of us, shocked when we hear any phone ringing. Phone turned into demon, our night mares in that few days. Luckily, female actually got less scold or rejection compared to guys XD . Pity my male colleagues.

Anyway, when it came to those events like seminars and talks, I was excited. Because I got to know some new friends, and also the boss and staffs from Singapore. They are friendly and helpful. Felt truly grateful knowing these people, MC, Boon, Brennan, Meagan and YangPo. Seeing their working attitude, I realized, how serious we should while we are working, and most importantly, realized that we should really appreciate every single second to strike for goals in life. Never stay in your comfort zone. Sweet always comes after bitter.

Although, parents scolded me few times throughout the whole week, for going out real early but come home real late, but I actually didn't regret on what I did. I know it is worth. I learned a lot. I told my dad bout my feeling after the jobs. He turned silent, stop scolding me. And then he said, well, if you can take care of your safety, do what you wish to do then. I know he wants to tell me that he will always support me on what I wanna to do. He always is a very open-minded dad. He always tells me to strike for goals of life. Never follow the road he took. Yea, I really hope that I can make it one day and I always want to tell him, the road he took wasn't wrong at all. He got more than others, he got good family, good wife, and children who loves him so much, take him as a hero, an idol...

So glad to have your supports, daddy. Happy fathers' day! So sorry for the absence of celebration. Always love you dad.

When I am in USM, mom never let me know anything happened in family. After I came back, I realized, there were so many problems and so many adversities that my family been through, but I wasn't there to support my parents.

Now I'm back, I knew everything. Suddenly, I am so tension. Every family has their own problems, I understand. But, what actually I can do to make my parents' burden less?

Mom talked to me today. I turned my face in time, not to let her see my tears. I blame myself, for cant help her out at this moment. What I can do now is just accompany her whenever she needs me.
